Support Options


Paid Support

Data Explorer Suite has two paid support plans available for licensed users:

  1. Annual Support and Update Plan - this plan provides email support, telephone support and upgrades for one year.
  2. Per-incident Support - support can be obtained on a per incident basis.


Free support

Free support is available to all users, licensed and trial, for the first 30 days after obtaining the product.  This support is available via email only.  Our goal is to respond to free support queries within one business day of the request.

In addition, common support issues are addressed in the Support FAQ and a developing Knowledge Base.
